The Role:

The ideal candidates will have prior experience and skills in:

• Site supervising whilst demonstrating competency in efficiently running and leading a small crew on current or multiple project sites
• Playing a crucial role in ensuring all site activities run smoothly, safely and according to the plan whilst also conducting daily landscape maintenance work.
• Can effectively motivate and lead a team while having attention to detail to ensure that all work is produced to the highest of standards.
• Conduct as part of a team, hands on Gardening and Hardscaping tasks to meet company and project deadlines efficiently and safely.

Criteria:

• White Card
• Trade Certificate – CERT III Horticulture or Construction Management- Landscape Qualifications (will be highly regarded).
• Previous Landscaping experience and sound knowledge of all gardening equipment and machinery
• Sound WH&S and First Aid Knowledge
• Ability to read, interpret and manage drawings, specifications & plans
• Ability to effectively manage & communicate with staff, subcontractors and clients.
• Current Valid Driving licence (MR desirable)
• National Police Clearance & ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol
